what data we collect

we collect as little as possible. if you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address via substack. if you text or email us, we have that conversation. if you visit our website, cloudflare web analytics collects anonymous, aggregated performance data with no cookies and no personal tracking.

how we store it

wisehash runs on sovereign, on-premises infrastructure we own and control. we don't use cloud storage for client data. all data at rest is encrypted (AES-256). all data in transit uses TLS.

what we never do

• we never train ai models on your data
• we never sell your information to third parties
• we never share your data with advertisers
• we never store data on cloud platforms we don't control

sms messaging

if you text us using the link on our consulting page, you may receive automated replies from our ai assistant to help qualify your inquiry. message frequency varies based on conversation. message and data rates may apply.

you can opt out at any time by texting STOP. text HELP for assistance. we do not share your phone number or sms content with third parties. sms data is stored on our on-premises infrastructure only.

cookies and analytics

we use cloudflare web analytics, which is privacy-first by design. it does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, and does not collect personal information. we don't run any other tracking scripts.

data retention and deletion

newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via substack. consulting engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months, then deleted. you can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
