wisehash llc provides sovereign ai consulting and educational playbooks. our services include infrastructure analysis, custom ai system design, and optional implementation for businesses that want to run ai on their own hardware.

sms messaging terms

by texting us via the link on our consulting page, you consent to receive automated sms messages related to your inquiry. these messages may include information about our services and responses to your questions.

supported carriers include all major us carriers. your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

digital products

playbooks and other digital products are delivered electronically via download link after purchase. we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all playbooks. if you implement the system and don't see results, email us for a full refund.

payment

all payments are processed through stripe. wisehash does not store credit card information. stripe's terms of service apply to all payment transactions.

consulting engagements

consulting scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before work begins. consulting fees are due upon agreement. deliverables are owned by the client upon payment in full.

intellectual property

playbook content, methodologies, and training materials are owned by wisehash llc. purchasing a playbook grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own business. redistribution or resale is not permitted.

limitation of liability

wisehash llc provides information and consulting services as-is. we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our playbooks, consulting advice, or ai systems built using our guidance. results depend on your implementation.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of iowa. any disputes will be resolved in the courts of iowa.
